Your Content

You retain full ownership and copyright of all sprites and animations you create or upload.

Free Usage

Currently, EasySprite is free to use for personal and commercial game development projects.

1. Account & Use of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account via OAuth (Google/GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

You may use EasySprite for both personal and commercial purposes, provided you comply with these terms.

2. Content Ownership

Any sprites, images, or animation metadata you upload or create using the Service remain your intellectual property. EasySprite does not claim any ownership over your creations.

By using the cloud-sync feature, you grant us a limited license to host and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service to you.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.
  • Automated scraping of our Service for non-personal use.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

"EasySprite is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the Service or the security of your data."

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
